We are excited to welcome Courtney to the PALS staff team!

Courtney Mickens is the newest addition to our team, serving as the Program Manager for PALS Programs. He has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and has worked throughout his career to amplify the voices of those who are often left unheard. He enjoys spending his time hanging with his family, golfing with some of his friends, or just spending time at a bonfire. Courtney believes that PALS is creating spaces that bring people together to deepen their connections to promote equity and inclusion. He is excited to help advance the work of PALS and to be a contributing member of the team.

Where do you live? I currently live in Cleveland, OH.

What is your go-to snack? My go-to snack as of late is Skinny Pop Popcorn, a guiltless snack.

Do you have a cool talent? I am a talented cook/grill master! I enjoy smoking meats of all kinds.

What are you most excited to experience with PALS? I am most excited to see the magic of camp this year. I have worked in a camp environment and appreciate the retreat away from the norm. I cannot wait to meet the participants!
