Win an Amazon Gift Card by Recruiting for PALS this April!

April is National Volunteer Month and we are celebrating! An essential part of PALS’ model is the one-to-one pairing of a Partner with Down syndrome and a Peer without Down syndrome. At PALS we know that our programs are stronger and our connections deeper when we have a diverse group of participants, including all races, ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, and more. As we gear up for Summer 2022, we currently have far more female Peers than any other gender identity. We need your help to build a balanced and inclusive program. Here's how you can help, and win $200!

  • Encourage a male Peer (age 18+) to submit an application and join us at camp this summer.

  • Send an email to Rosemary at support@palsprograms.org with this person’s first and last name.

  • PALS Staff will confirm once we have received an application for this person, and add your name to the weekly drawing*

  • Each week in April that you recruit a new male Peer, you will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card.

  • At the end of the month, all entries will be combined and entered to win a $200 Amazon gift card. This means you have the chance to win multiple gift cards this month!

  • There are unlimited entries! The more you recruit through the month of April, the higher your chances to win!

  • Winners will be pulled each week during PALS’ open information session, Wednesdays from 2-3pm EST at palsprograms.org/infosession via Zoom.

    • Weekly winners will be announced 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, and 5/4

    • The final prize of $200 will include all recruiters for the month, and will be drawn on 5/4.

  • Anyone can recruit! Enrolled participants, parents and guardians, and community members, really anyone!

We are so excited to continue to grow our community for the PALS Summer 2022 season. We can’t wait to see you! Please contact us with any questions.

*You will not be entered for those who do not submit an application
