"Where Are They Now?" with Cody Carlson

I have only one word for you to describe PALS - home. PALS feels like home and it inspires me
— Cody

Cody began PALS in 2012 in California. He has been involved in PALS ever since! Cody currently teaches dance as an instructor. He has been dancing for almost 15 years, and has even been on So You Think You Can Dance! He loves using his teaching skills at PALS for all the participants to learn dance. Cody also enjoys softball, dancing, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, and attending Camp PALS.

His favorite memory is when he and another participant were playing with water balloons at PALS Olympics. They both got soaked in water and had a fun water fight. He also loves playing “Minute To Win It” games at camp. One time, someone put shaving cream on his face during the game. Cody thought it was hilarious! He also loves keeping all of this PALS swag from over the years.

Cody is extremely helpful at camp and wants everyone to know that he will be there for them if they need support. A lot has changed since the first time he joined PALS especially because he teaches dance classes during camp now. He is excited to teach dance classes to all of the PALS participants this summer!

We can’t wait to see you at PALS San Francisco this summer, Cody!
